By placing an order for a custom bride t-shirt through Crescent Collective, you agree to the following terms:

• All custom designs are made based on the information provided by the customer. Please double-check spelling, dates, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

• Once submitted, custom orders are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the garment or printing.

• Production time is typically 5–7 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

• Designs may vary slightly in color or placement due to screen displays and production limitations.

• Any photos, themes, or personal inspiration submitted for the design must be owned or approved for use by the customer.

*Please note that all designs are created using a heat transfer process. After the first wash, you may notice slight crinkling—this is completely normal! This natural process allows the design to become more flexible and move with the fabric rather than sitting stiffly on top. For best results, we recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle and air drying or tumble drying on low.*
